Back to AtlasSample concept — Sunday Flour

Neighborhood bakery · Asheville, NC

Bread pulled from the oven at 5:40 every morning.

Sunday Flour is a two-oven bakery run by a married couple and three very early risers. We mill part of our own flour, we sell out most days by one o'clock, and we would rather bake eighty good loaves than four hundred passable ones.

Pre-orders open Sunday night for the week ahead. Everything else is first come, first served.
